Our sweet peppers are grown in a controlled environment that produce plump bell-shaped vegetables with three or four lobes. They usually range in size from 2 to 5 inches in diameter, and 2 to 6 inches in length. Select bell peppers that are glossy and have stems that are green and fresh looking. The shape of the pepper does not generally affect the quality and are great for chopping.

Store: Keep these bell peppers at 45-55 degrees and 85% percent relative humidity.
